Here at Fielding Cottage Norfolk Holidays, you’re staying on our working family farm, the base for the production of our Award-winning Goats Cheese.

Established nine years ago, our Fielding Cottage Goats Cheese, has grown exponentially from its routes in Farmers Markets and country shows, now offering four different varieties of cheeses, stocked in many of the main super markets, and smaller delicatessens across the country.

For our guests there’s a chance to get your hands on our products, in our self service ‘goat shed’ shop on site stocked with all our Cheese products, and other seasonal local produce, there’s an abundance of goodies for your taste buds!

Our cheeses:

The Ellingham – The first cheese we made, a soft, light Feta like Goats cheese

Our favorite way to serve it is crumbled over a salad! 

Norfolk Mardler – A waxed, hard Goats Cheese matured for eight weeks, for delicious creaminess

In local Norfolk dialect, ‘Mardle’ is short for a gossip/ or chat, and we think its perfectly suited on a cheese board whilst you have a ‘mardle’ 

Wensum White – Our Brie Style Goats cheese, perfect to melt, back or dip! deliciously creamy and matured.

 Its not just who loves our Wensum White, ask the judged at the World Cheese awards… we were awarded Super Gold for it in 2014! 

Goat Curd – A smooth spreadable version of our Ellingham Goats cheese

We think its scrummy baked in mushrooms, or smothered of freshly baked bread!
