Brand-new for 2025 is our Chief Herder Goat Experience!
Put on your old clothes and wellies and join our Head Herder Alex for an exclusive hands-on goat experience and become a Chief Herder. Get up close to our Boer herd here at the Goat Shed, and spend three hours fussing over our cheeky goats.
On The Day
Your session will start at 9:00am where you can spend time up close with our herd, cleaning their pen, brushing, grooming, feeding and of course cuddling the goats and getting the perfect selfie, as well as a quick visit up to the Cow Shed to see our Simmental herd before enjoying an ultimate grazing board for two in the Goat Shed kitchen at lunchtime (Drinks and sides not included). You’ll also get to sample our goat’s cheese and each take home your very own Goat Shed souvenir.
Please wear suitable clothing for working with the animals and consider the weather on the day, please wear long trousers and closed toe shoes such as trainers, boots and wellies.
Accompanying guests can watch from outside of the pen at no extra charge.
