Join us on Wednesday the 26th of February in the Cheese Shed and experience cheese making at the Goat Shed, home to Fielding Cottage’s award-winning goat’s cheese.

We’ve been making cheese since 2009 and we look forward to sharing our passion with like minded cheese enthusiasts.

This day course will take you through the science behind the process, a tour of our state of the art Dairy, a cheeseboard lunch in our kitchen as well as hands-on experience making your very own cheese.
