Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Position: Full time, including working weekends

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team at the Goat Shed. In this role, you will oversee the operations of our Farm Shop Kitchen, Front of House and Back of House, ensuring exceptional food quality and service while fostering a positive environment for both the team and our customers.

You will oversee all aspects of our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and our team operates efficiently. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving profitability.

The Role:

·        Oversee the running of the Front of House and Back of House Kitchen Operations.

·        To deliver budget for the Front of House and Back of House Kitchen.

·        Ensure the Food and Beverage operations delivers exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.

·        Ensure the team are fulfilling their potential in each department, working alongside our Company values.
